Halo Classic Analog Watch Face

Halo is a classic analog dial built like a dress watch. Tall ivory numerals and dot markers run around a dark outer ring, a thin champagne rim frames a brushed metal centre, and real hour, minute and second hands sweep over it. The day and date sit in a small window at the top.

THE FIVE COMPLICATIONS

Press and hold the dial and tap Customize.

Out of the box the left complication shows sunrise and sunset, the right one the date, the bottom one your heart rate, the lower left well your steps and the lower right well the battery. You can change every one of them.

Each takes short text, so most data sources fit: a timer, the next event, the weather from your weather app and so on. Each shows the source's small icon with its text under it. A source that reports a value with a range shows as a number, with no progress arc. Any complication can also be left empty, and then it draws nothing.

THE APP SHORTCUT SLOT

Under the date window there is one app shortcut slot. Give it an app and a single tap opens it. It shows the app's icon and nothing else. Until you pick an app, your watch may show its own add sign there.

FIVE FINISHES

Pick Silver, Champagne, Ice, Rose or Sage in Customize under Color theme. The whole dial changes tone together: the metal centre, the outer ring and the rim.

ALWAYS-ON

On the always-on screen the metal, the complications and the shortcut switch off. Thin gray hands, the numerals 12, 3, 6 and 9 and the day of the month stay on black.

GOOD TO KNOW

The Customize labels are in English in every language. There is no phone app, no account, no ads and no subscription.

Buy it on your phone, then open the Play Store on your watch, where it is waiting in your library. Press and hold your current face, swipe to Halo and tap it.
