Wardline: Route Guardian

Wardline helps a traveler share one temporary trip with one trusted watcher. Set a destination, arrival deadline, and check-in cadence, then follow the route on a live map.

ONE TRUSTED CIRCLE FOR ONE TRIP
Create a six-character invite on the traveler device and enter it on the watcher device. Only the paired traveler and watcher see the trip, with no public profile, feed, or chat.

LIVE ROUTE AND CHECK-IN STATUS
During an active guardian session, Wardline shares the traveler's foreground and background location with the linked watcher. The map shows the route tether, destination beacon, countdown, progress, and age of the last location update.

STAGED ATTENTION
Wardline monitors check-ins, route progress, stalls, and sustained off-route movement. Session status can advance from Safe to Caution, Missed check-in, and SOS. Server-side deadline checks continue when the traveler app ceases reporting, so the watcher can still see the last-known location and escalation reason.

LOCATION AND RELIABILITY
Wardline uses precise location only for the live guardian workflow. GPS accuracy, device power, Android background limits, and network availability can delay or prevent updates. Stale locations are labeled by age. Wardline is not an emergency service or a replacement for local emergency services, emergency calling, certified safety equipment, or professional response.

DATA CONTROLS
The linked watcher and Firebase services process the trip data needed for the session. Ended sessions and their short location trails are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. You can revoke a trusted circle, change permissions, or request account and cloud-data deletion in Data controls.
