Gaming DNS: lower ping and less lag
DNS can influence how quickly your device reaches game services and matchmaking. Use Gaming DNS profiles to help stabilize latency on many connections and select a low-response DNS with the speed test (PRO). Results vary by network, so testing a few profiles is recommended.

Family filter and parental support
Family-safe DNS profiles apply across browsers and apps, so you don't need to configure each app separately. DNS filtering is an additional layer and works well together with Android parental controls.

Quick tips
• Run the DNS speed test at different times of day; results can change with network load.
• If a website or app doesn't load with one DNS, switch to another profile or return to system DNS.
• Keep separate profiles for home Wi-Fi and mobile data - the fastest DNS can differ per network.

Technical note
DNS Changer uses Android's VpnService API to create a local VPN interface and change only the DNS server used by your device. It is not a full VPN service: your traffic is not tunnelled through remote VPN servers and your public IP address does not change. You generally cannot run another VPN app at the same time.

PRO features
PRO adds advanced controls like app-based rules, DNS speed testing, saved profiles, DNS logs and a WHOIS tool with map view. Logging features are optional and designed for in-app analysis. Speed, stability and filtering depend on your network and the DNS provider you select.
No browsing history required.
