The Smart Management Company app is a free mobile app that allows owners of apartments, commercial properties, storage rooms, and parking spaces to easily and conveniently manage their properties directly from their mobile phone or tablet.

The mobile app is only available to property owners whose buildings are serviced by Smart Management Company and who have an account on the KVADO.RU online service.

Key features of the app:
• View utility bills and other charges;
• Pay bills online;
• View payment history;
• Submit meter readings;
• Submit requests to the emergency dispatch service and track their status;
• Send requests to the management company;
• Order additional services;
• Participate in surveys;
• View news, and much more.
