this is the most awful airline app I have ever used. I was never able to find my boarding passes, transfer gates, or luggage carousel numbers. The Avianca employees told me that the app rarely works and that they were sorry for the inconvenience. The app needs to be rewritten , starting from line one of the code. A simple app that works is better than a complicated app that doesn't work.

Horrible customer service from start to finish. Staff at both the departure and destination counters, as well as onboard and online, were unhelpful—everyone just passed the buck while leaving me with zero resolution. I decided to give them another chance after years of avoiding them, only to find the service is even worse than before.

Terrible experience. I have flights booked, but when I try to add them to the app it just fails silently. If I try and add travel details I just get a blank screen. I continued trying to add my flights through the app for several months, but it never works.
