Segment 49 is a retro digital watch face built around a ring of 49 segments.
Most watch faces use a smooth progress ring. This one doesn't. The 49 capsules around the edge snap one step at a time, the way a real segmented display works. 33 of them follow your battery, the other 16 follow your daily steps. Nothing slides, nothing sits half lit.
The time is set in a heavy 7 segment typeface with a faint layer of unlit segments behind it, so the display reads like an old reflective LCD panel rather than a screen pretending to be one.
Around the clock you get the day, date and month, current weather with its own icon, and your heart rate.
You can set the colour of the digits, pick a background, and adjust how strong the glass effect looks. Always-On Display is included and kept dark to save power.
Nothing is collected, stored or sent anywhere. No analytics, no ads. Everything stays on your watch.
Works on Wear OS 4 and newer, including Galaxy Watch 4 and later. Weather and heart rate depend on permissions and system data on your device.
