The passport photo scan is so useless, it literally gets puts my info right and asks me to confirm it is right (which it is) just to tell me my name isn't right while not letting me modify anything. Why have a passport entry that you cannot modify text? Such a poor UX and design, makes checking in on the app basically useless.

app is full of features which dont seem to work. my trip never gets added to my profile, I have to keep putting in my reservation number. cannot buy add ons, changing seats always seems to give me an error. really well designed all, unfortunately, hardly works for me

This app is unacceptably bad. It's almost like a relic of a time long ago. It's incomprehensibly slow to load. It shows wrong information, and there are a ton of bugs. I can't believe people actually manage to do anything on this flaming pile of garbage of an app. Way to go Air Europa. You are a stain on Sky Team's reputation.

- You can now customise your notification preferences from the app.
- We have fixed errors when adding or linking bookings to your account.
- We have fixed errors in the registration form.
