I would give zero stars if I could. Did nothing for my playful 3 year old cat. As soon as I cancelled the subscription, only an hour later, they took $9.99 from my account. It clearly states a 3-day trial period. I would like a refund today. Took you less than an hour to take my money so, yes it should take same amount of time to return it. That really doesn't help me at all. The website in the app is non-existent, there is no support link. I've tried 2 emails , but they tell me on the app.

Update 7/8: STILL HAVENT RECIEVED A REFUND FROM THE APP OR EVEN A RETURNED EMAIL! BEWARE! This app says it will give you a 3 day trial but charges the full amount anyway. When you try to use different features it asks you to pay for the trial again! So don't fall for their trap. On top of all that, I tried to actually use the app since I paid for it and it crashes constantly. Support "option" does not work. I want my $$ back NOW! I didn't authorize any charge!

I noticed a subscription charge that I do not remember authorizing. I tried all of my email addresses but couldn't find an account linked to the subscription. I also contacted the developer for clarification and a refund but received no response. Very disappointing customer support. edit: still noone contacted. in the app there is no support option. I've contacted my bank regarding the charges.
