This app is broken on my Android. It thinks the Username and password are incorrect. I verified from my desktop and I was able to log into my router. had i begun the process to reset my router to factory defaults, what a mess and time-consuming process that would have been. Glad I verified access from a browser first!! I did the same thing from my phone, and also worked. I uninstalled this app and created the browser shortcut link in place of the app!!!

This is just plain rude Asus is collecting as much data as they can. There is totally no reason whatsoever for location. I think it's insane u have to use custom roms to get a little privacy back. I run grapheneos on my phone with ad/tracker blocker running just to prevent data mining. And on my router merlin with everything blocked what goes to Asus.

This app has been unreliable and frustrating to use. It frequently shows my router as offline even though the router is working normally and the internet connection is fine. I already performed a factory reset about two months ago, but the same problem came back after only three days. The router itself appears to be working, but the app keeps having connection/login issues. At this point, I’m removing the app and managing the router through a PC browser instead. Please fix the app.
