StallSheet: Stable Management

StallSheet is a stable management app for horse boarding barns. Set up your stall grid and see which horse is in each stall, what it needs and whether morning and evening feeds are done. Staff tick off feeding as they work, even when the barn has no signal. Keep care instructions, farrier visits and vet appointments together, and prepare monthly board invoices with extras. With Pro, horse owners can open a private link to see their horse's care updates without having to ask.

WHAT IT DOES

The Stall Grid
Your barn drawn as it stands: aisles, with stalls down each side. Each stall door shows the horse's photo, its feed and hay ticks for now, and a red mark for allergies or warnings. Vacant stalls show as vacant. Long-press a horse and drag it to a new stall, or onto another horse to swap them, with an undo if you drop it wrong.

Feed Time
The barn in walking order, filtered to what is due this morning or this evening. Tick a line or the whole horse. Add a note or a photo to any tick. Every tick records who did it and when, and two people ticking the same horse keep both names. It works with no signal and syncs later. Print the feed chart for the feed room wall.

Care routines
For each horse: feed, hay, supplements and medications in your own words, morning, evening or both, every day or every few days, with an end date for a course. Medication lines name the vet who gave the instruction. Turnout group and blanket rules sit alongside. StallSheet never suggests a feed, a dose or an amount; every line is what the owner or the vet said, typed by the barn.

Care dates and reminders
Farrier interval, vet, vaccination and dental dates for each horse, with reminders on the day, and a reminder when a medication course ends.

Owners and billing
Each owner with their horses, contact details and balance. Set your own board plans and prices. Add extras such as holding for the farrier, extra hay or a training ride. Monthly invoices are built from plans and extras, with a part month worked out for a horse that arrives or leaves mid-month. Log cheques and cash by hand, share an invoice as a PDF, and export to CSV.

Owner care feed (Pro)
A private link for each owner, with nothing to install. It shows only their own horses: today's morning and evening ticks with the time and who did them, your photos and notes, the last seven days, coming farrier and vet dates, and their invoices and balance. In English or Spanish. Owners can choose a weekly email summary, and you can revoke a link at any time.

Online board payments (Pro)
Connect your own Stripe account and owners pay from their care feed or from a link you send. The money goes straight to you, with a 1% platform fee. Invoices can go out by themselves on your billing day. StallSheet never holds money and never sets prices.

Staff seats (Pro)
Up to 4 seats, yours included. Barn staff join with a code and tick under their own names.

PLANS

The Standard plan holds 8 horses with the Stall Grid, routines and feed time. Solo adds unlimited horses, reminders, invoices by hand, reports and CSV, as a yearly plan or one lifetime payment. Pro adds care feeds, online board payments, automatic invoices and staff seats. Everything you have entered stays readable on every plan.

YOUR DATA

Your barn's records are stored on our servers so every phone shows the same grid, and each owner's link shows only that owner's horses. Delete your account from Settings and the barn's records and photos go with it.

WHO IT IS FOR

Horse boarding barns, livery yards and stables of about 8 to 60 horses, run by the barn owner or manager with a few staff. It does not give veterinary, nutrition or dosing advice, and it is not a lesson scheduler or a horse show manager.
