Hi, after my complaint about the login. it has been resolved. Not only that, the agent also guided me when I called for the checkin. The boarding pass went all well. I am thankful to the Gotogate team for that and for providing the most competitive rates I could find on any online platform. My only concern is now on extra fees applied during checkout on debit cards / credit cards. If the provider can be more transparent on that, I believe they would become the best.

If I could rate them with 0 stars I would. Be very careful when booking. I was presented with a fare increase and selected "Decline," but the flight was still booked. There was no clear indication that the booking had been completed, and I only found out through the confirmation email after booking a different flight. Customer service has not been helpful in resolving the issue. I will not be getting a full refund for something that was clearly their fault.

their customer service sucks !!! both the chat or the phone call are equally useless. I spent more than 3 hours on hold trying to solve a problem that I didn't even start. the airline changed my flight. gotogate proposed a change, which I accepted, but they never updated my reservation. it is my third day waiting in line to resolve this. it is unbelievable how little they care for customers. again, this is not something that I caused. their AI Oriana assistant is garbage.
