1. Easy to start, can't be finished. despite all the perks/upgrades, lvl10+ dungeons are designed to destroy you. 2. Humongous amount of time to obtain best weapons and armor. If you like paying in mobile games, you'll need humongous amount of money. This amount almost doubled since the last update. 3. They always manipulate you. At the beginning of a run, some fatal strikes are just ignored. But then even evasion perks don't work, you always get hit. And if you have a good build, they never give you a second chance if you die. 4. Game constantly crashes. If it crashes at the beginning of a level, you lose your starting bonus. 5. Upper level abilities are mostly trash. As you progress, creating a good build becomes more difficult. 6. Some of heroes can be bought only for real money.

The game is fun early on, when you improve your gear fast and are able to level your character quickly. But later into the game you will be starved for good gear to fuse into better one and leveling will take you weeks for just one level. I currently have maxed out purple gear (with some perfect epics) and I am stuck on chapter 8. Daily mission mobs hit me for a third to half of my HP and bosses have gigantic HP pools if I manage to dodge their insane damage that long. Rooms often just swarm you with mobs that 2-3 shot you. Every chapter adds more useless buffs to random ability draw - so the chance of actually getting useful ones decreases the further you get into the game. Overall it feels that your character gets weeaker with progress. There is no endgame here, just infinitely tougher mobs. Devs just tweak their HP and damage up to infinity. The latest patch introduced some major performance issues - the game started laging like there is no tomorrow, which makes dodging enemy attacks even more difficult. My other 6 games in the same genre are fine though.

The game is fun, but keep in mind that if you switch platforms, do not expect that your progress to be easily transferred to your new device as it is with literally any other game. The support team WILL NOT help you with the issue. After my initial request, they have provided me a guide to request account transfer saying the process normally takes 3 to 5 business days. I haven't heard back from them for over 2 months now and all my subsequent inquiries have simply been ignored.
