this is a disappointment. after agent sells they don't want to hear from you anymore. Samsung is not much of a help. gosh, you should listen to some of their excuses why they should not come help you cos it's all your fault. Once programmed, don't ever reset cos that's the end of the working program. definitely not buying this again. supposed to work on mobile to open door lock but you are better off to use your card cos it will take forever to detect and most of the time won't work.

Door lock designs are dangerous! Sometimes can't open from inside, but can open from outside! Ridiculous! Fire hazard! Time for an international class action suit! Tried to set up Bluetooth, but this app just doesn't work at all! Complete failure and waste of time! Can't even connect to the internet! Update: app finally decided to work! For whatever reason

Useless. Connecting is a huge pain, kept saying failed due to incorrect passcode when it wasn't giving me one. Then once connected this app is completely useless, you can't even change the keypad PIN. All you can do is click open the lock, and that's IF the Bluetooth connects. Can't wait to upgrade to a different brand
