Still new to this app, but so far it's very helpful for tracking my chronic pain, flare ups, headaches, and migraines. The only thing I wish I could change is that it asks for if there is improvement when I'm inputing the info, but I usually input it right when it first occurs, so there hasn't been time to improve yet. I would suggest having a function to follow-up on each instance you track like 4-6 hours later.

So far my experience with app is positive. you can only put one pain number for multiple pain areas. I used the highest pain but used notes, as needed, to explain the pain in more details. app helps me remember to document, providing a more accurate pain number overall, as I tend to document severe or moderate pain, put i am not as consistent documenting lower pain values. it would be more accurate if there was a time delay of 1 hour regarding intervention effectiveness.

This is my second time using this app. I used it 5 years ago before I got my medical diagnosis (spoiler alert it's fibro). The reports that I was able to print out and show my doctors was so helpful that two of my docs asked for the app name to pass on to other patients. I am now medicated, but have developed excruciating nerve pain in my right arm and left ribs, so I have started using it again. It's as good as I remember, better even! Highly recommend!
