LCW Connect

Never miss an LC Waikiki campaign again.

LCW Connect is the official LC Waikiki notification app. Choose your country, add your mobile number, and start receiving LC Waikiki campaigns, discounts, seasonal sales and new collection announcements by SMS — no account, no password, no shopping cart to fill.

WHY LCW CONNECT
Sign up in under a minute. There is nothing to browse, nothing to configure and nothing to forget. You give us your country and your number once, and from then on the LC Waikiki campaigns that apply to you arrive on your phone.

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
• New collection and new season announcements
• LC Waikiki discounts, promo periods and seasonal sale alerts
• Special offers created for your country
• Store opening and store event news for your city
• Messages written in your language, for your market only

HOW IT WORKS
1. Open LCW Connect and choose your country
2. Enter your mobile number and approve the Privacy Policy
3. Add your first and last name so we can personalise what we send
4. That's it — your LC Waikiki campaign alerts are switched on

FULL CONTROL, ALWAYS
Your Profile tab is the whole settings screen. Switch SMS notifications on or off with one tap. Update your name or gender, or choose not to specify it. And if you change your mind, Delete Account removes your registration and your data from inside the app — you never have to email anyone or fill in a form.

WHERE LCW CONNECT WORKS
LCW Connect serves LC Waikiki customers in Albania, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Egypt, Georgia, Greece, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Morocco, Russia, Serbia and Ukraine. Pick your country on the first screen and everything you receive afterwards — offers, prices, store news — is for that market.

ABOUT LC WAIKIKI
LC Waikiki brings accessible fashion to families across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Central Asia: women's clothing, men's clothing, kids and baby clothing, shoes, bags and accessories. LCW Connect is how LC Waikiki tells you what's new and what's on sale near you.

PRIVACY AND PERMISSIONS
LCW Connect collects only what it needs to send you relevant LC Waikiki messages: your country, mobile number, name and, optionally, gender. Your consent to receive commercial messages is explicit and you can withdraw it at any time from the Profile tab, or delete your account entirely. Read the Privacy Policy in the app before you sign up.
