Palvex is a structured tasting notes app for people who take wine and coffee seriously. Every session gets logged with a precise 1–100 rating, a curated set of aroma and flavour tags, serving details, and free-form impressions — building a personal vault you can search and revisit.
The app keeps two catalogues in one unified list. Wine entries carry a burgundy badge; coffee entries a warm brown one. Each record stores the producer or roastery, region, vintage or roast year, tasting date, serving temperature or brew method, and as many aroma tags as you want to pick from categories like Fruit, Earth, Oak, Citrus, Chocolate, and Roast.
A statistics dashboard gives a clear picture of your collection: score distribution across five rating buckets, the five aroma tags you reach for most often shown as a bar chart, a monthly entry sparkline for the past year, and a wine-versus-coffee breakdown. The summary chips on the home screen always show your total entry count and average score at a glance.
Filtering and sorting are handled through a compact dropdown that opens next to the button — no modal takeover. You can filter by type, sort by rating or date, and search by name or producer in real time.
