It's impossible to customize fonts in either the mobile or desktop apps. On top of that the mobile app doesn't cope with system-wide font zoom, and clips pixels off of text in text fields, etc. This makes your product a source of constant eye strain, pain, and discomfort. I hope the positive "impact on [your] first page load time" was worth it...

The app gets unusable after a couple of weeks and its data needs to be cleared for it to work again. It has a serious memory leak issue, probably related to all the data it sends to its sentry servers that cannot be disabled, which is completely baffling for an "open source" app.

the most important channel I monitor does not update with new unread messages. it will show in bold that there are unread messages, but the latest posts in the channel are from over a day ago. useless as a mobile app.

Requires Mattermost server v11.7.0+ to avoid incompatibilities and crashes. Requires Android 7.0 or higher.
- Added support for reporting client session attributes to the server.
- Classification markings now load via a single property fields request on servers running v11.10+ (with backward-compatible fallback).
- Improved Android cold start by decrypting credentials only for known servers instead of listing the entire Keystore.
- Added various bug fixes.
