Customer support is terrible. They don't read your concerns. They just apologize for your frustrations even if you have never mentioned any frustrations. If you win your hand, you receive a few hundred points over the 4-5000 points you pay to play. If you need extra cards or boosters, then you spend 5-14000 more points to win less than 5000 points. The algorithm is unfair. You also have to wait two hours to harvest 4500 new points. Taking your money is the goal. The company's response tells all.

was really enjoying this game until they zeroed out my boxes that I paid for just because a new season started. That's ridiculous. why couldn't you just start a new season on the main board and leave all the progress I've made on the merge board? I won't be making any further purchases on this game.

The game use to be fun to play when you actually have a chance at winning. You can play for the free 30 minutes that they give you and maybe win 3 times. Plus the cost of coins you need to pay for the higher points. I was over 3,000,000 coins and down under 300,000. Even when you use the extra cards, you still don't win. If you do, it's not even enough to cover what was lost. The challenge isn't the issues, it's nkt winning in order to continue play.

However, don't let losing discourage you because that's part of the challenge and fun! Instead of buying extra cards or depending on wild cards, consider retrying the level with a different strategy!
