took me a while to figure out that you have to disable the my hub and mobile services app in order to stop all the random bloatware apps from continuously reinstalling themselves. Also I really wish there were more personalization options (font folder easily accessible, etc.) available on the phone. Also I purchased this phone from my phone company's website and now they're saying I can't use my service with this phone. makes zero sense to me. otherwise I like the moto phone look.

App point blank refuses to accept notifications off rules set. Constantly gives me news stories to read that I DISTINCTLY have turned off that I have ZERO interest in seeing, reading or even getting notifications for. Why offer a setting to disable notifications if it doesn't adhere to it? I DO NOT WISH TO ENGAGE WITH IT!

I used to like the Motorola, but you people have to stop doing so many updates and putting games on my phone that I don't want that I have to go through and delete if I can. there's so much garbage on the phone it's ridiculous. you're using all my space up. I will be looking for another phone hopefully it'll be better than this one. 1 minute you swipe up to answer then wake up next day and touch the phone indicator to answer. just leave it alone! STOP moving my icons around. THIS IS MY PHONE
