Latest release doesn't work with modern Android releases. Can't connect to my Nine Bot One C+ yet the phone can see & connect via BT direct. Tried multiple devices all fail. I can connect using an outdated Android release. Previous Review: Was told to update. New ver reset my A1 to new user &made me do tutorials again. 50km award came up on screen said sending &the app crashed / locked up. Only fix reboot phone. Needs much bug fixing. Not ready 4prime time. I have 2x Ninebot. C+ & A1.

This god awful app has made me late to work on multiple occasions. It's very temperamental and will randomly refuse to connect to my Max G2 scooter, meaning I can't unlock it. Restarting my phone, restarting the app, disabling/enabling Bluetooth, none of it works. I just have to keep spamming the retry button in hopes it'll finally connect. In addition to that, the app will occasionally decide to block the screen with adverts that you have to wait a couple seconds before you can close.

one of the worst app experiences. constantly disconnecting Bluetooth, power hungry, logs me out constantly. and the scooter constantly has the blinking Bluetooth indicator. the great thing about the app is an update to the scooter or app can put your scooter in Guard Mode and then you have to waste your time trying to connect the app back to the scooter.
