Very bad and disappointing experience. I ordered the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone 18 Pro from this store after being told that the phones would be delivered on the 18th. Based on that confirmation, I cancelled my Apple pre-order for the 24th and placed my order here. Now, I have a flight on 20 sept but their customer service is saying that they cannot confirm when my order will be delivered. They are even saying that it could take one month or two months. What is more frustrating is that

app has improved overall but just some improvements needed. sometimes I need to search through hundred of cables. When I typed "USB-A to USB-B" it showed me cables that I never searched for. USB-C? Lightning Cable? I searched for USB-B. and even when logged in, sometime the item in my cart just vanish.

My experience with the Sharaf DG app was extremely poor. I placed an order on 16/04/2026 with delivery confirmed between 18–20/04/2026, but it was later marked “Delayed” without any explanation or notification. I contacted customer service and filed a complaint, yet received no response or even a confirmation email. This shows clear disregard for customers. Unreliable service, poor communication, and a very disappointing experience. Not recommended at all.
