The app itself works - one can change the modes of noise cancellation, etc. But it's so full of adware - constant add popups, not only inside of the app, but also as notifications. It's insane - we already bought your product, why can't you facilitate a normal add-free experience for your users? The Sennheiser app doesn't have these popups. Definitely a very negative experience - not going to purchase any other products of this brand.

Soundcore/Anka - they shot themselves in the foot. Fire your marketers. NO MORE ADS! I didn't pay for headphones to watch ads in the app that controls them. Instead of adding a lock feature to prevent accidental presses, the lack of which makes these headphones unusable, you added ads to the control app? Are you so crazy that you did that? We need to find something else to replace this garbage.

I first downloaded this right after I got my very first Soundcore A20i. I got hooked once I saw that you can edit your controls, EQ and you can find your earbuds if one went missing. It got even better when I got my new R50i NC, where I could adjust the level of Noise Cancellation, actually edit my EQ, make more than one customized EQ preset and save them. Altho, when opening the app for the first time, it feels slow and sluggish. I always have to restart it affer first opening it. Please fix it
