Please don't give call option for Customer Redressal if you can't attend the call... it's been more than 15 minutes i was waiting for someone to take my call for solving query regarding train journey which is going to happen today on 11:30 PM. Worst app and worst management... Ill suggest Users kindly use this app they don't know how to respond to queries.

The worst rail travel application I've ever used. I selected the correct destination and verified it four times before proceeding with the payment. However, after the payment was completed, the ticket showed a completely different destination. This is an unacceptable and frustrating issue that needs to be fixed immediately.

Hi, sorry for the inconvenience caused. It appears the 'Book Confirmed Ticket' option was selected. To secure a confirmed ticket, the boarding or destination station may be extended as per IRCTC rules and seat availability. Recently I got a 3X Voucher for non- confirmation of train seats, but they just gave a fake voucher which I was unable to redeem. When I contacted them they said we are looking into the matter and at last the time of voucher redemption was over, they just said a miracle word "SORRY" the voucher is expired.
