Terrible upgrade I can't use it without Wi-fi??? I don't always have data!!! I use wifi 97.5% of the time. I can't even set it up easily and once I did the layout is just terrible 🤢. Even then I have to keep using data to log in🤨 The old one was flawless. It's okay if you add new features but don't fix something that isn't broken. It's really disappointing and not satisfactory at all. The there's the name change😐... why??? just why??? Mpesa App->My OneApp that's a whole mouth full 😑.

The new update is annoying!! Too many options that crowd the app, most of which are pointless. Also, the user interface is horrific due to the congestion. Please improve the UI or just separate the apps as they were. Also, please revert the offline option. It was really useful especially when you run out of data bundles or have no access to wi-fi.

The biggest Telco but has a poorly developed app. it just opens when it feels like, sometimes I have to turn on airplane mode and then turn it off, turn the data on and off just to get in. The only saving grace is that the transactions, if they go through (a big IF) are quickly processed and you get your confirmation immediately. Now, I can't use the app until I update, I go to the update page, no update button, like!!!???? Wacha Tu nirudi kule simtool kit at least it's reliable🚮.
