As a dedicated long-term player who has significantly invested both time and resources into this game, I've observed a consistent negative impact on gameplay with each subsequent update. Specifically, the mini-game, "Spy Story," which was previously achievable, has become considerably more challenging to complete the final objective without additional energy purchases following the last two updates. While I am generally okay to in-game expenditures - this is not okay, and I'll stop playing...

Good app to play here and there. The app loads quite a while, because there's too much pop up for purchase. It is supposed to be enjoyable, but with games tied up to earning money, it is no longer relaxing, but stressful. Trying to get melted chocolate and nothing comes out after 100 energy spent is ludacris. But, easy game and energy replenishment is quick.

I wanted to like this version of merge, but it's just awful. Don't bother w/Cook & Merge unless you *really* enjoy getting hammered with the same 3 ads each time you navigate anywhere in the app. It's true ad-blasting overkill. We all expect to get hit with ads, but you can't enter the app w/o getting slapped with at least 6 pop-ups. And then it really goes full force during your session - non-stop. Worse yet, it's still forcing unnecessary tutorials on you through level 8. Uninstalling now.
