I wanted to use this to see if a sleep treatment I'm using is effective. I slept all night with the pulse ox on my finger, just to wake up to no data. There was a pop-up telling me that if I went premium, I wouldn't have to worry about losing data. Why would I pay for something that doesn't work? I pay for apps that prove they work well. It would be cheaper to buy another pulse ox and app that actually works.

My phone used to not make a noise when it disconnects, and now the app makes a loud obnoxious noise every time and can't turn it off...does it even when my phone is in DND mode! I can't risk wearing it while somewhere I need to be quiet. It used to be great, but now the device constantly turns off (I'm now on my 2nd rechargable pulse ox, still new, does the same thing the year old one did), says Finger Out when my finger hasn't moved or it constantly disconnects when I have the dashboard open.

Spent $70 for absolutely nothing! I had the subscription last year for my wellue BP cuff and Portable EKG. I let it expire. I go to resubscribe and they took my money, but NOTHING works. No VIP report, the website and pc app is broken. With my subscription all I get is what I did when it was free. Even when I tried to repurchase it.....it tells my I already purchased it and to redeem it. It asks for a code that DOES NOT EXIST. My loss is your gain......DO NOT PAY FOR A SUBSCRIPTION!!!!
