JBL BAR Setup

DO NOT BUY!!! JBL BAR 5.1 The sound quality is mideocur at best. wanting to get more out of the software side of things but it fail me even more. This app is absolute junk. I've tried it for hours to connect to the set up. My wifi network shows I am connected to the sound bar, but the app freezes at the "connect" to network page. I would return this product if I could.

At the beginning it was confusing to get the set up going, but it was finally done. Less than a month later, it no longer wants to connect with my Wi-Fi. I deleted the app and even factory reset the 5.1 Surround Bar, but no luck. I unplugged and left it disconnected and cleared my cache/Wi-Fi set ups. The process to set up doesn't work smoothly and when it comes to finally connecting to my wifi router. The system doesn't find it, so I repeat all the steps and still nothing! Garbage experience!

App does not recognise that phone is connected to JBL network. Hopeless. Unable to get into soundbar settings, soundbar has really bad audio lag with video. Can't get it to sync, was hoping app would be able to sort out. Taking soundbar back for a refund. App is useless, audio out of sync. WARNING to anyone thinking of buy the JBL 5.1 soundbar- don't expect the App to work. Hopeless.
