Zynga needs to fix the bugs with this game. It crashes constantly. Just tonight, 6/19/2025, I was trying to log in, and it kept saying, "Error. Please try again." When it does load, instead of my name, it shows a VIP player named Siddarth. I've lost track of how many times this has happened, but it always resets my streak.

update 7/19/26. now it keeps shutting down and erasing games and points I've bought. it has me play the same game over and over but requires points removed each time. really frustrating. I even paid for a boost but it doesnt seem to matter. I'd like my money back, but I doubt that will happen! used to love this game but has gotten too glitchy and now costly!

Have over 500 coins, won't let me purchase puzzle pack that costs 45 coins, constantly getting download failed when trying to buy pack, have had to buy packs more than once because when it goes out, you have to repurchase
