It's good, but sometimes it takes over your phone. Probably my favourite travel booking app. It's great to be able to filter based on checked baggage, a d choose different baggage amounts. Thw other thing that really impressed me is the terminal and gate guidance when you're trying to figure out where to go in the airport. But it has downsides too. Sometimes when browsing news web sites the app will automatically open itself without permission.

Edit: 0 stars. Keep getting their AI ads every ten seconds (not an exaggeration) while browsing social media. Old: Have been using Trip for 10 years, never had a problem, strong customer service. I've got one of the best options through credit card programs but with the pricing and efficiency Trip offers, there's really no reason to use any other platform.

Never trust them in concert booking. I tried booking a ticket category and when I was about to make payment, the system said fully book. so I had to book another category. After making the booking, the original category I wanted to book appeared again. When I used the chat function to raise this issue with them, they claimed that there was nothing wrong in their system. They then promised to investigate the matter but never get back to me anymore. Not going to use it anymore as not trustworthy.
