It gets 2 stars for being helpful outside of the park. My assumption is that having low speed service offered by my American provider in Japan might be part of the issue, but the app just completely shuts down in the park. I'll try to open it, but a few seconds later it completely closes. This is especially unhelpful at Disney Sea, where there are no maps and navigating through and around that volcano is difficult if you have no idea where you're going.

horrible app. constantly restarts you at the beginning of the map and turns the filters you applied off. the paths aren't clear and don't show you where they go in underground or Overhead cover. its extremely slow to load anything, so when it restarts its very annoying. it constantly asks to re scan all passes anytime you want to access the fast passes

Surprisingly bad, extremely slow. Every time the app is backgrounded it takes 20-60 seconds to "load" again. You must order food through the app and it requires clicking through several slow loading pages. The map doesn't actually show you how to get from one place to another. You can't see wait times in list form, only on the map. Map tiles have to reload every time you change zoom level. There are five different places to make reservations for rides, shows, restaurants, etc.
