The worst app and service ever. Today I made three orders. The first one was 35 minutes late and then cancelled. The second one was also cancelled. Notably, I couldn't get my money back for 30 minutes. My promo code was lost, and Support never bothered to reimburse it. I was promised a compensatory code via sms. Never happened. My third order currently in progress is for fun only. Three hours later, I'm still hungry. What a disappointment.

The worst thing in the whole world. Why? First off, they have this freaking service work which typically charges an extra 7000 som for absolutely nothing. Then the quality of the app is trash, even 7th grade students can create a better app than Uzum. Food is almost always delivered in two hours. No promos and support services available. Yandex is way more better🙂‍↔️

Delivery takes 80-110 minutes, no possibility to cancel not yet accepted orders. When I asked to cancel in their support chat, they waited till the order was accepted by the restaurant and then replayed that they can only cancel order without money return. Order was ready in 10 minutes and had been waiting for a courier for the rest of time.
