RUNNING TRAINING. REIMAGINED.
Trait is your personal running training plan app, focused on what really matters: You! Are you ready to prepare for your next running goal? We are!

LATEST TRAINING METHODS, TAILORED FOR YOU.
Frustration arises when your efforts don’t pay off. With Trait, you always know where you stand and what to expect! We’re runners ourselves and we work with practical expertise and scientific knowledge from professional running coaches and sports scientists! Truly great running training plans. From us. For you!

NOT EVERYTHING ALWAYS GOES AS PLANNED. SO WHY SHOULD YOUR TRAINING?
Stuck at work late? Or woke up too late? No problem: Trait integrates running into your daily life and is flexible. For any unforeseen event, Trait can intelligently adjust your training! For always thoughtful, yet maximally effective running training… with all the ups, downs, and detours along the way.

NO MORE DUSTY PAPERS AND HANDWRITTEN NOTES
Always keep track of your training, right where you need it! Trait syncs with your Garmin watch and can display your workouts directly on your running watch—while you're running! And if that’s not enough, you also get daily progress updates, as well as feedback on completed training.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
After a short onboarding, the app learns your running goal and your current training condition to create your personal training plan. Since no two days are the same, Trait learns from your preferences and how you handle training, intelligently adapting your plan to your individual situation: whether it's a stressful workday, an injury, or just fatigue after a long week. Trait follows your life, not the other way around!

WHY?
We believe that proper goal setting and carefully planned training are the keys to consistent training, and thus to achieving your running goals. That’s why the careful selection of the right training plan and reflecting on completed workouts are at the heart of Trait. Try it out and discover how Trait helps you achieve your running goals and build a healthy routine that you won’t want to miss. We promise!
