Sync with the SAWATCH smartwatch and visualize your "Totonoi" with data.
A sauna app for sauna lovers who want to take sauna more seriously.

Features of "Sanokuni" — an app that makes sauna more scientific.

■ Record your sessions and discover your own "Totonoi"
By connecting with SAWATCH, the app automatically logs not only your time in sauna, cold plunge (cold bath), and rest, but also your heart rate changes. You can see how safely you reached Totonoi each day. Reviewing your heart rate movement and ANS Performance (your autonomic nervous system response) for each scene helps you understand how your body responds and explore your personal Totonoi. With the Premium plan, you can also see detailed data per set and compare changes between sets to discover the way that suits you best.

■ Look back on your trends with Karte (NEW in v4.0)
See your sauna sessions, sleep, Recovery Score and steps together over the period you choose. Along with changes from the previous period, Karte shows what the sessions with higher T-Flow Scores and sleep scores had in common. Find the routine that suits you from your own records. With the Premium plan, you can look back over six months, one year, all time or any period you choose, and compare yourself with people of your age group and gender, or with people who score high.

■ Check daily recovery with a score
By wearing SAWATCH-3 in everyday life, you can see your "Recovery Score" each morning, visualizing how much your body has recovered. Sometimes your body cannot fully recover overnight even with enough sleep, depending on the previous day's activity and stress. Choose how you take sauna based on your condition, or look back at the next day's score to see how sauna affected you. Use it as a new compass for finding your own way to enjoy sauna.

■ Check sleep quality after sauna with data
You can sync sleep data automatically via supported SAWATCH models. You can also note factors that may affect your sleep, making it easier to reflect on "what affects my sleep." If you have a sauna session recorded, it links with your sleep data so you can analyze how sauna affects your sleep.

■ Earn Stamps the more you visit
The more sauna sessions you log, the more Stamps (badges) you can earn under various conditions — number of facilities visited, repeat visits to the same sauna, total records created, or logging on event days such as "Sauna Day" (March 7). Some conditions are tricky, so give them a try. When you earn one, you'll have something to brag about with your sauna friends.

■ Find more than 5,000 sauna facilities across Japan
Not sure which sauna to try in an unfamiliar area? "Sanokuni" uses GPS to show you nearby sauna facilities. Find everything from popular spots to hidden gems.

■ All core features are free!
We want as many people as possible to enjoy sauna — and we want sauna facilities, a piece of health infrastructure, to thrive for the long run. That's why the core app is free. The Premium plan offers more detailed data, exclusive Stamps, and more ways to enjoy sauna.
