ABSENT SIGNAL
O ovoj audio-knjizi
Some units don't exist on paper. Some signals are engineered to disappear. And some people are built for exactly this kind of work.
The Dark Frequency Series follows Mara Kess and a five-person ghost unit operating entirely off the books - no government acknowledgment, no institutional safety net, no way home if it goes wrong. They work in the space between flag and shadow, finding what the system refuses to see and doing what the system refuses to do.
Across the series, they will follow a single thread: a buried intelligence architecture that hunts dissidents by the shape of their absence, the man who built it, and the twenty-five-year-old decision that put Mara at the centre of everything.
Operationally grounded. Morally unresolved. Built for readers who want the credibility of Clancy, the velocity of Patterson, and something that doesn't flinch.

O autoru
Gerald Barnaby is a Canadian fiction writer based in New Brunswick.
Absent Signal is the first novel in the Dark Frequency series - a propulsive action-espionage thriller following a ghost intelligence unit operating at the edges of what governments will admit to knowing.
Barnaby writes in the tradition of Clancy and Patterson, with an eye for operational detail and characters who carry the weight of the work they do.
A second novel in the series is in development.
