This is an exceptional book that examines how our society functions and asks, are you living an authentic life? More importantly, the author draws on his own experience to help point the reader in the right direction, and shines a light on subject matter you may not have even realised was impacting your health and relationships. This book is doesn't offer a quick fix or easy solutions. That is because there aren't any. The first step is to be aware of the Myth of Normal and that there is another way of doing things - of living.
