معلومات عن هذا الكتاب المسموع

Adversity and peril force our dear couple to unite against a mighty enemy... "Good men are scarce—but there are fools aplenty," Colonel Fitzwilliam declares during an impromptu stroll through Rosings Park. Elizabeth's recent experiences with Mr. Darcy have confirmed her belief that good men are very scarce indeed, so imagine her shock when she discovers that the colonel is speaking about Mr. Bingley. Mr. Darcy hastens his return to town, where a dire conflict threatens his friendship with Mr. Bingley. However, the squabble becomes a trifling matter after an assassination in Hyde Park. Good Men Are Scarce is a novel where Elizabeth and Darcy come to an early understanding and unite against an enemy. It's a Regency enemies-to-lovers romance featuring espionage and forced proximity.
