PRIZE Winning Leadership: Presence Edition

Presence Church’s purpose, or ‘why,’ is simple: the Holy Spirit directed us to “prepare a house for His glory so that people may encounter Him.”

The vision, or our ‘what,’ grew from this call. This house of glory is built on a fourfold foundation: Worship, Encounter, raising a Royal priesthood, and releasing into Kingdom mission.

Our mission, or ‘how,’ is to “equip the saints for the work of ministry.” Discipleship retains culture while releasing the masses into fulfilling the ‘why’ as a Presence People. Every aspect of our discipleship is anchored in the culture of the house.

As our why, what, and how intertwine, we see the formation of the Presence Church culture. We embrace the challenge to see culture grow in three key areas:

Culture of the House: Everything flows from the fourfold foundation of the house.

Culture of the People: Passionate about the collective ‘why,’ unlocking the capacity to walk with integrity that fuels a life of influence in our city and nation.

Culture of Leadership: Godly character that inspires and influences as well as models the life of faith that empowers, equips, encourages, and exhorts for the purpose of creating a platform for a Presence People to live out the Kingdom mission.
