About the author
JERRY CONNOR was the founder of BTS Coaching Practice and leader of BTS's Global Leadership Practice. Jerry is a pioneer in the fields of leadership and coaching. He founded 'Coach in a Box', one of the first companies to employ virtual coaching to reach the masses. Coach in a Box quickly grew to be one of the world's biggest coaching companies with over 250 coaches in 40 countries working in 27 languages. Jerry is also a founder of Bridge, a top global leadership consultancy and of two not-for-profit organizations in international development and developing leadership in young people. Jerry is Head of Strategy for the Bridge Institute and a specialist in big systems change. Jerry lives in Sydney and is the architect behind the mindset research and the IP that has now benefitted over a half a million business leaders worldwide. Mastering MESSY leadership is his third book.
LEE SEARS is an Associate Coach at BTS and co-founder of Coach in a Box, previously the world's largest coaching platform by reach. Lee specializes in supporting senior leaders through major organizational change, culture change, and innovation-led market breakthroughs. With Jerry Connor he has founded youth charities in the UK and South Africa and is focused on setting up a new school to provide more expansive education for the complex world that young people find themselves part of. Lee lives in Bath, UK.
