About this audiobook
Half-dwarven craftswoman, enchanter, and badass hammer-wielder Matti Puletasi has achieved most of her goals and even found the love of the handsome elf assassin Sarrlevi.
Unfortunately, there’s still a bounty on her head. That makes it hard to return to a normal life, start a family, or even visit the Coffee Dragon without being shot at.
Worse, one of Sarrlevi’s old elven lovers shows up, hinting of changes back home that mean his exile could be lifted and his nobility returned—if only he’ll dance to her tune.
Matti knows Sarrlevi loves her but worries he’ll be tempted. A chance to return home and be a hero instead of an outcast. Who wouldn’t long for that?

Brilliant, I couldn't stop listening to this book. I loved this whole series and even more so because Val, Zav and the clan came along for the ride. If your looking for something truly entertaining look no further. It was great, I love Lindsay Buroker's writing style, she has an ability to perfectly balance her stories with just the right amount of adventure, romance, suspense and revenge, to name a but a few. And I love Vivienne Leheny narrating these books as she really brings the characters to life in every way, you can't help falling in love with some while despising others it's wonderful. I wish she could narrator all of Lindsay Burokers books! They make a great team. Please write more adventures with Matty, Sarrlevi, Val, Zav and the whole gang. I highly recommend!.
