3.5 stars The Narrator did an excellent job with this one, the story line got a bit dull though, I got bored a few times which has broke my heart because I’ve been loving this series!! I just feel like not much happened, the characters travelled from the shop to the warehouse and then met a griffin and that was it really. I feel like this was a filler not a story, it wasn’t as steamy, spicy or funny as any of the previous books in this series. I will continue on with the next one.

Pulkinen has created another spellbinding story, complete with witty and snarky banter between the characters, excellent world building, and a solid plot. I couldn’t stop listening because the story was so intriguing. As always, the snarky and witty banter was a highlight. I always enjoy Hollie Jackson as narrator, who with her pleasant voice was able to transform this book into a storytelling masterpiece with her character distinction, pacing and rhythm, and emotional delivery.

Mastering Mayhem is book 6 in the Fire Witches of Salem by Carrie Pulkinen is a well-written story with well-developed characters. It's an exciting series with witches, demons, curses, so much action and some romance. Hollie Jackson does an excellent job in narrating the story, she brings the characters to life! I absolutely love this series and I can't wait for more!!. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
