About this ebook

Foster Quinn has a target . . . a team . . . and one last chance to bring the enemy down.

In this thrilling conclusion to the USA Today bestselling series, former Force Recon Marine Foster Quinn has retreated to the Texas ranch of his late mentor, billionaire patriot Sterling Beaumont. But when a sniper takes a shot at rising political star Preston Johnson, Foster is drawn back into the fight. Only this time, he's not on his own.

As Foster's wife, Rebecca, helps him follow a trail of clues surrounding the assassination attempt, JSOC mobilizes in East Africa to hunt down the terrorist believed to have killed Beaumont. Behind both investigations, powerful forces are at work, engineering chaos abroad and threatening to drag the United States into another endless war.

Convinced there is more at stake than anyone realizes, Foster goes dark and undercover, plunging into the volatile world of Ugandan oil fields and private security forces. There, amid mercenaries and competing intelligence services, the line between ally and enemy becomes increasingly difficult to discern.

To stop a war before it begins, Foster will have to risk everything—his mission, his team, and the real identity he may never get back.
