About this ebook

Psychopathy. Narcissism. Machiavellianism.

These are the traits referred to as the personality 'Dark Triad' and relegated to outer edges of humanity: liars, dictators, criminals. But what if, rather than treating them as the all-or-nothing, on-or-off clinical markers of a toxic and dangerous condition, we saw them as operating on a spectrum on which we all exist?

In this provocative and deeply researched book, Professor Kevin Dutton will take readers on a shocking journey of discovery to explore how these traits evolved, how they impact interpersonal relationships and workplace dynamics, and how they may - in fact - be key to our success.

In this ground breaking new work, you can learn how to harness the power of Dark Triad traits to become more successful in your life.
