Certainly not long enough to be a book and nothing happened. Enough prose to set up an intriguing situation but nothing more. At that rate, you'd have to read 4 or 5 books to read enough to determine what action the author had in mind. Don't bother.

This felt like the first 3 chapters of something potentially good. Why not just continue the story withing the same book? There is no way I would pay for anyone after this if it were as short. Stories have plot and climax and a beginning middle and end. This was not a story it was a tease. Nothing happened. It was a waste of time

Way to short said it was 35 pages but only contained 18 not worth the read. Had no story line no romance or mystery. Wasn't happy
