Embarking on his journey with IBM Blockchain Garage, he has brought numerous projects to fruition. He builds real-life solutions for asset management, value exchange, and traceability in many industries worldwide. Currently, he leads blockchain practice at NTT Data and serves an auxiliary role as a client solutions manager at SettleMint. He has also reviewed other Packt titles, including Oracle Blockchain Services Quick Start Guide and Security Tokens and Stablecoin Quick Start Guide. He believes in fulfilling social responsibilities and supporting humanitarian causes with entrepreneurial skills in technology.
Imran Bashir has an M.Sc. in Information Security from Royal Holloway, University of London, and has a background in software development, solution architecture, infrastructure management, and IT service management. He is also a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the British Computer Society (BCS). Imran has extensive experience in both the public and financial sectors, having worked on large-scale IT projects in the public sector before moving to the financial services industry.
