About this ebook

Could you betray everyone you love to stop a war?

In Scala City, everyone is watched. If you’ve done nothing wrong, you’ve got nothing to hide.

The Blind Spot disagrees. A small district that refuses the city’s surveillance, it survives for one reason: its hackers could bring Scala City to its knees. That threat has kept the peace for years.

Until a terrorist attack tears through the city’s main plaza.

As both sides prepare for a bloody war, only one person can stop it. Marcie Hugo is the daughter of the Blind Spot’s leader, cybernetically enhanced and hidden away by her father for most of her life. Scala City doesn’t know she exists, which makes her the only person who can move between both worlds unseen.

With the city’s best hacker at her side, Marcie sets out to find who’s behind the attack and why. But to stop the war, she’ll have to betray everyone she loves, starting with her father.

And even if she succeeds, what will be left of her life to return to?

The Blind Spot: Neon Horizon book one is a fast-paced cyberpunk thriller. If you like dazzling neon dystopian landscapes, where entertainment, credits, and the latest street drugs are all worth more than human life, then you’ll love this hard-hitting grimy glimpse into the hyper-cities of the future.

Pretty solid not off future postcyberish book. fun setting, the heroin oscillates a little too much between full adult and YA whiny teen mentality which stretches the likelihood of her final parts of the story. still the lines are good enough I want to see where things go and plan to read the next book.

Definitely a good read for sure. Bit of a weird start but you get past that really quick. I picked up book 1 - 3 to help me get my vision with my own cyberpunk themed book and it's tropes I am working on down and this book did not disappoint. Marcie is truly a bada**.
