I have never watched an F1 race in my life but Shay's character intrigued me. I love a female main character into non-traditional careers. Theo and Jameson are the sons of F1 legend Luca Ashford. Shay's father has told her to avoid the Ashford family at all costs but when she ends up in classes at Ashford Academy and catching the interest of Theo, lines start to blur and Shay has to make some serious decisions about her future career and the desires of her heart. Can't wait for the next book!

This was pretty darn good! I couldn't put it down once I started to read it. I'm not a fan of the love triangle trope, but Piper sure knows how to write it well!! Shay is a fun FMC. I really enjoyed her character. To enter a pretty much all male field, F1, she didn't give up and went after her dream!! I loved her interactions with the Ashfords brother while attending Ashford Academy. Obviously, she picks one brother, and to me, he is the best one!

I'm not a fan of love triangles, ESPECIALLY involving brothers, so I struggled to believe in Shay and Jameson's romance at first. But the story grew on me! I loved Shay's determination, and while I liked Theo, Jameson edged him out for me. Their banter and car pranks reminded me of kids teasing their crushes! The racing, family secrets, and unexpected twists kept me hooked. I wasn't completely sold on the romance, but I enjoyed the ride and can't wait for Theo's story!
