About this ebook

Rooted in Scripture and marked by pastoral urgency, How to Pray: A Timeless Guide for Approaching God calls believers to make prayer the central work of their spiritual lives. It shows how to pray with power by intentionally entering God’s presence, persisting earnestly, and relying on the Holy Spirit. Readers learn what it means to pray in Christ’s name, how obedience and sincerity shape prayer, and how to discern God’s will through His Word. Practical chapters explore thanksgiving, common obstacles, and sustainable rhythms of prayer, while lifting the reader’s vision to prayer’s role in spiritual growth, spiritual battle, and the renewal of the church. Emphasizing both private devotion and united prayer, the book invites believers to move beyond hurried petitions into steady, expectant communion with God.
