The Avant Champion ~Ashes~

I try to live a normal life—wife, mother, chemistry professor. But destiny never lets me rest. When the Omega Plague starts claiming lives at an alarming rate, I have no choice but to take up my mantle as the Avant Champion once more.
With my trusted friend, Baird Fox, and the fearless Captain of the Guard, Coco DeFay, I set out for Kovia in search of the key ingredients for a magical cure. But the journey is fraught with peril. Armed thieves lurk in the shadows, magical geysers threaten to swallow us whole, and a man-eating octopus is just one of the nightmares standing in our way.
Time is slipping away, and so are the lives of those who depend on me.
Can I piece together the cure before the world succumbs to the plague? Or will this be the battle I finally lose?
“I was blown away, as always. Although epic fantasy, I could relate to the main character in a way that I usually can’t. A mother, a hero, a teacher; she is more than anyone person can handle gracefully and yet she rises above everything. Even at the cost of her own happiness. Exciting, intriguing, heartbreaking. The best in the series so far. I only hope there is more yet to come!” —Author H.M. Gooden
