Rreth këtij libri elektronik
After the bloodshed of Depford Falls, Byron James rides into the quiet town of Heritage, seeking peace. That proves to be short-lived, after a late-night drink with fellow guests ends in gunfire and a man dead.
When the dust settles, the victim is revealed to be a Pinkerton agent... one who knew far too much about James. Pressed into duty by a hard-edged sheriff, James joins a posse to track the shooter across open country.
But someone out there wants him dead. As old enemies and hidden assassins close in, James must uncover who’s pulling the strings before the next bullet finds its mark. Because in Heritage, the past doesn’t stay buried - and neither does the truth.
A gritty western set on the American frontier, THE LONG HAUL is the second book in the Byron James Westerns series by Stuart G. Yates.
