The first personal growth book in 15 years which I was instantly able to affect an attitude and behaviour change. Ekhart Toll's wise words create a flow from start to end that helped me grow, gain confidence in myself and develop my sense of awareness and awe for life. I skipped The Power of Now but am going to read it next to gain further wisdom. Amazing book!
